Sri Harsha Ayurvedic Hospital was established in 2002 by Dr. Sambasivarao Peteti, with all the supreme strength that was imparted to him by the Ayurvedic Stalverts like his father Ramamurthy Peteti, and grandfather Venkatarayudu Peteti and yet another grandfather Sri Lakshmana Sharma Peteti.
In addition to this, Mr. Sambasiva Rao had self-acquired knowledge as an “MD” Ayurvedic from Dr. BRKR Government Medical College, Hyderabad. He had also served the public as a Professor in different Ayurvedic Medical Colleges during these two decades.
His father Dr. Rama Murthy Peteti, an eminent Ayurvedic Doctor, spent 51 years, served the public at large without any returns; continued lifelong.
Remarkably, in campaigns, he did distribute medicines also free in his life, including medicines calcined by himself. Renowned to be a famous doctor for the treatments specific in ortho, some of the chronic diseases like joint pains and to such as IBS Ulcerative colitis namely Grahani in Ayurveda are handled flawlessly.
Besides, yet another grandfather of Dr. Sambasiva Rao, ‘Dr. Lakshmana Sharma Peteti’, also served the public through Ayurveda for seventy years (from 1900 to 1970). He was an expert in diagnosing Naadi functioning, and had been a wonderful doctor in treating many horrible diseases like Cancer also in those days.
Got settled down in a village ‘Guntupalli of Prakasam District’ in the United Andhra Pradesh. He produced innovative medicines for various diseases in the era. While preparing such medicines, he allowed his disciples for impart knowledge about the medicine.
Dr. Sambasiva Rao also, is now walking in the footprints of his ancestors, even practising the panchakarma process destined to make many people healthy. He is familiar for his treatments related to the “Degenerative disc Problems (cervical, lumbar), Sciatica, Gastrointestinal problems like Ulcers’, IBS, Ulcerative colitis, many other Ortho and Neuro problems through Panchakarma Vidhan. Simultaneously he is more popular in treating anal fissure Fistula and Piles through a special procedure called Ksharasuthra.”
