New Social Media NFT Marketplace Glimpse Launches in Beta; Eyes Early 2022 for Official Launch
December 22, 2021 – New York, NY – Glimpse, a new social media NFT marketplace, officially launched their beta site earlier today. Beta members can upload, purchase, and sell videos and images in a way that will mimic the flow and functionality of Glimpse at launch, which is slated for early 2022. This includes the ability to create a profile, upload pics or short videos, see other member’s collections, purchase items, resell items, message other members, and report any bugs or suggestions to the Glimpse team.

1,000 users will be chosen off the waitlist at random to participate in the Glimpse BETA release. To create an environment that mimics what Glimpse will look like at launch, all beta members will be given a balance of 100,000 GLMS tokens to play with in order to interact with the platform. These GLMS will not have value outside of the beta build, however will ensure that any potential bugs are worked out without the worry of users putting actual GLMS at risk.
Glimpse is designed to help create a new revenue stream for influencers, athletes, and entertainers with an already burgeoning follower base. It will be the first social media app where every post created can be sold to the highest bidder.
To ensure feedback is provided in real time, members will see a “click to report” button on the header of each page where they can input the details of the issue. Through this form members can provide any bugs found as well as general suggestions or ideas. The Glimpse will carefully monitor feedback and update products accordingly.
