Harmony is possible with the right solutions.

Nest Founder, Marcy Stoudt, says, “we all know the saying ‘it takes a village.’ That village is the Executive Mom Nest. With pre-vetted outsourcing, Nest members don’t have to deal with the headache of time and resources spent to find a coach, mentor, or community. A Nest membership welcomes you to a community of like-minded women and grants you unlimited access to 17 advisors in diverse industries from Business Org to Financials to Wellness.”

Stoudt was fortunate to have an Executive Coach while she served as Vice President of Strategy for a $3Billion Technology company and raised three children. While her Executive Coach gave incredible insight to challenges in the office, she needed solutions beyond what one executive coach could provide. As the books piled up on her nightstand, her stress about family, health, and relationships continued to grow. Fast forward 15 years, Stoudt noticed this same trend with her Executive Coaching clients.

Based on this fundamental need for personalized advice in a variety of industries, in 2020 the Nest founder assembled a team of experts for her coaching clients, including: Solutions for your everyday needs as a mother and businesswoman: Big & Small, tips to sustain confidence & avoid playing small at home and at work, career endurance, stress management, leadership development, public speaking, personal branding strategies, home design, business efficiencies & organization, party planning, and mindfulness. “We are here to serve our members in a way that she has instant access to a community and team of advisors who can provide mentorship in almost every aspect of life,” says Stoudt.

But how exactly is the Nest inspiring working moms? The Nest uses a combination of one-on-one coaching, group masterminds, live coaching calls, and pop-up events to mentor and inspire members. With these offerings, the Nest’s goal is to help working moms avoid burnout, prioritize personal wellness, and live life with confidence and joy. In November 2021, Nest members reflected on the results of their membership so far. Christine Johnson says, “I have shifted my thoughts with the help of the Nest – celebrating the small things, or small changes in mindset, health, and wellness. I have learned so much from the group’s expertise AND from their experiences.”

Nest member Carrie Nemeth says, “I always feel so energized, inspired and supported after the live coaching calls! This really has been a bit of a life-changing thing for me…and it’s still a work in progress. I’m not a “deep thinker,” and I rarely take time to dream, or focus on my vision…until today, I’ve never really paused to consider WHAT my vision is! Sad, I know! The Nest is forcing me to grow.”
