“Your Mind Is a Prison: A Guide to Living” by Jason Rosander has been released worldwide. This 167-page work is direct and relatable, exploring the mental ups and downs all people face and providing practical insight into a better understanding of the mind’s inner workings. Rooted in the author’s personal hardships and mental battles, the book is a helpful way to dissect the mind and gain control over the negative thoughts that hold people back. By exploring limiting beliefs, unhealthy thought patterns, and beyond, readers are invited to stop unconsciously moving from thought to thought, and start developing control over ideas and emotions.

Your Mind Is a Prison: A Guide to Living (ISBN: 9781737410256) can be purchased through retailers worldwide, including barnesandnoble.com and Amazon. The paperback retails for $11.99. Wholesale orders are available through Ingram.

From the back cover:

The mind is our greatest tool but can turn into our worst enemy. When this happens, it can hold you back from achieving almost anything in your life, including mental freedom. While your mind attempts to prolong your life and keep you safe, it can also sabotage your life goals.

This book is a collection of thoughts and observations on life and why our constant mental games keep us stuck. These pages will bring to light those mental games because once you know how the game is played, the rules don’t matter.

About the author:

Jason Rosander is a Veteran, Former Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Personal Trainer, and Mountain Athlete. After his mother was murdered while he served in Afghanistan, and an injury that caused him to question many things about life, Jason became a student of the mind, and why we are so tormented by it. The path was long but has led him to here.
