1. Check the heating, lubrication and transmission of each motor, reducer and bearing every 4 hours, and check whether the travel switch and pneumatic components work normally.
2. Pay attention to whether the accumulator charging is normal for each vehicle plate.
3. Pay attention to whether there is stuck or not between the pressing plate, beam and frame when the press rises at any time. If there is any fault, please timely remove the fault.
4. slab, pallet, wool board shall not stay too long in the press, so as not to cause fire, in case of power failure, should also manually push the press down valve, press down, push out the wool board.
5. Observe whether there is any possibility of tray damage when each slab enters the machine, and pay attention to the emergency stop button if there is any abnormality.
6. Pay attention to observe whether the trolley pushing slab into the installed machine works normally.
7. Observe whether there is stuck resistance in the installed push slab press and whether all the wool plates are pushed out of the press. If not, pull out manually and observe whether the baffle goes up and down in place.
8. Check whether the hot oil pump has abnormal noise and leakage.
9. Observe whether there are abnormal working conditions of the front and rear baffle of the press.
10. Observe whether there is leakage in the press and loading and unloading oil pipes.
11. Pay attention to clean the dust attached to the surface of thermal conductivity tubing and the frame of the press. No casual fire is allowed within the press area.
12. pay attention to observe whether there is obvious iron foreign matter into the press, so as not to damage the platen.
13. Observe whether the board rules are loose and fall off at any time, and deal with them in time if any.
